What a Good Dog!

Helping dogs peacefully integrate into a fast paced modern world, one trained canine caretaker at a time.

About me

Hello! My name is Emily Dzenowski Kim, and I am a CPDT-KA certified professional dog trainer with the CCPDT or Certification Council of Professional Dog Trainers.

My goal is to foster growth and success of the pets and people in my community.

Having worked in both non-profit and public animal welfare. I know first hand how difficult it can be for shelter dogs to acclimate to a home environment. My services utilize the skills I have acquired from 12 years of experience working with animals in Texas shelters, and rescues. Currently – Personal dog trainer in Austin Texas.

My focus is to foster the successful integration of dogs into their adoptive families and community, by preparing them for a life in a home environment.

Emily is the best. I trust her more than anyone with my dog, who has a handful of behavioral issues. She’s an expert in dog behavior and training, and she is so compassionate towards animals.

Emily was the best sitter we’ve ever used, period. She is so warm and caring. She was completely unfazed by our elder pug’s special needs.

Not only is she sweet and wonderful person, her love for dogs shines through in everything she does, including how well she treated Tika. I can’t thank her enough for how considerate and thoughtful she was towards my little fur baby.
